Important Client Waiver

As a client I understand and agree to following the aftercare & maintenance schedule given to me by my technician. If I do not follow this, as a client I understand that matting of the hair may occur & if so, will cost an additional fee of $25 per 15 minutes to correct.
When wanting a removal, as a client I agree to book an appointment with my technician for the correct method to be done.
The salon and/or the technician will not be held responsible for the quality of hair where hair has been provided by the client.
As a client I agree to use the appropriate aftercare products as directed by my technician to maintain the quality of hair.
As a client I understand and agree to pay a non-refundable deposit for the purchase price of hair prior to booking an installation appointment/hair being ordered. I understand that hair extensions are considered a hygiene product and are non-returnable or refundable once opened or installed.
As a client I understand that I am responsible for protecting my investment and caring for my extensions as instructed by my technician and once installed technicians or suppliers hold no responsibility for the condition of your hair extensions, it is up to you to look after them.
As a client I understand that Tangled Hair Extensions hold no responsibility for my extensions where they have been altered or tampered with by myself or another person including but not limited to hairdressers, friends, family, extension technicians other than the original installer – including removal/maintenance, hair colouring, chemical treatments, other salon services etc.

House Keeping

We do ask our clients to please come to your hair appointments...

  • On time - Early arrival can put pressure on a stylist to finish faster, knowing a client is waiting.
    Late arrival pushes all following appointments back and causes chaos.
  • With clean, dry hair - Wet or dirty har makes installations and maintenance harder, the end goal look wont be the same in this case. It also makes consults harder to see the hairs natural look, density and colour matching clarity.
  • With the same colour hair as your consult - Please dont change your hair colour after a colour matching we will need to do a new colour match if this is the case. Also, toning your hair & especially over toning your hair will affect the colour match aswell which will affect your final blend.

Cancellation /No Shows & Recheduling Policy

  • Appointments need at least 24hrs (minimum) notice for rescheduling.
  • Cancellations need to be made no less than 3 days before the scheduled appointment.
  • Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled past the cut off time or no shows wil incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price.


We understand that situations come up out of our control which means appointments need cancelling or rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge this fee at our discretion. Regularly occuring cancellations/reschedules will require a deposit for all future bookings.
